Returns run 7 days from delivery on unworn items. Size and preference returns carry a flat $20.00 return shipping fee paid by the customer. Quality faults, a wrong item or shipping damage cost you nothing: send a photo and we replace or refund it.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia and most of western Europe, at the same flat rate. Transit to Europe and Australia sits at the longer end of the window.

How long does delivery take?

Count on 3 to 7 business days for us to pack and 7 to 15 business days in transit, so roughly 10 to 22 business days door to door. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is collected.

Can I return it if the size is wrong?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is a flat $20.00 paid by the customer on size and preference returns. Once the parcel reaches us we process the refund or send the replacement size.

What happens if the item arrives faulty?

Send us a photo and we cover it. Quality faults, wrong item and shipping damage are on us, with no return shipping charge to you and a replacement or refund either way. The flat return fee applies only when the reason is sizing or preference.
